Sorry to anyone who tried to email me. I still use apugliese3@hotmail.com but it seems some of you block your email and I can't respond. I really want to connect and I'm sure many of you have tried setting up a user ID and password by now but that part of this site is not in operation. Sorry.

Anyway, thanks for stumbling upon my site! I hope you've had a blast checking out the zillions of photos from me and our fabulous contributors, and maybe even read my poetry or tuned into some of the podcasts we cooked up during my days with PARANORMAL SEARCH OF HARRISBURG. Oh, and don't be shy—I only bite on weekends. Drop me an email just to say hey! Or you can holler at me on Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn. Feel free to contribute your photos, poems, short stories, or excerpts from your latest novel or novella. Amidst my various ongoing projects, my novel, Evil Grain, has been temporarily put on hold. I will be introducing a new character, the Sinister Minister, who originates from two friends' upcoming horror comic, SINYSTR. I am pleased to incorporate him into the storyline. Further complex projects are on the horizon.

EMAIL ISSUES

I must address this issue once more: I continue to receive emails from potential site members that may be blocked. Please ensure your email addresses are unblocked before sending any requests. I have encountered difficulties in sending some approvals back. When these emails bounce, I have no choice but to delete the potential member's information. I cannot approve a member if I cannot return their email. I have a newsletter, but I am unable to send it to most of you, so I have included it in my blog. Please refrain from sending anything through blocked emails!

A NEW BEGINNING

I have rewritten my short story book, All Things Truly Wicked. The original is still available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, iTunes, and Apple Books. Not sure when I am putting it out the revised version, thought. I am working on other projects at this time.

OTHER NEW THINGS ON THE WAY

Besides my novel, Evil Grain, and all my other projects, I'm also promoting another work in progress.

"Boogie Dark" is a fictional tale of dark magic, retribution, and the thin line between life and death set against the rich tapestry of dark voodoo culture in the modern world.

In the steamy, secretive swamps of Cut Off, Louisiana, a mysterious figure, "Papa Night Sin" emerges, his ashen visage, a haunting blend of Hoodoo mystique and unspeakable atrocity. Behold him, for he can transmutate from young to older depending on the time lines he travels.

With black & white painted face that tells stories of the afterlife, a velvety, black top hat and black tail coat, both adorned with occult symbols, this little man with midnight gloves grips his skullhead staff of power and is a force to be reckoned with. One red eye, one white and an somewhat skeletal appearance, he will once again cross the veil of life and death, using his abilities to manipulate the spirits, manifest wickedness and bend the will of the living.

The Pre-Lentin festivals of Trinadad/Tobago go on as the daytime revelers celebrate while Calyspo music whispers secrets. The costumed, semi-clad patrons who dance, hop and parade in the streets are clueless to the someone, or something lurking about the shadows and corners at night. The twilight becomes dense and permeates the dense air with the scent of incense, drugs, booze, cheap perfume and sulfur. Night Sin approaches.

His path takes him to a long time friend. Once his novice in the ways of voodoo, she will once more become his ally and his proxy. Together, they will be unstoppable.

Beware, the Boogie Dark. The night belongs to Sin.

From what I've heard, this is coming out around September 2025. This new wicked comic, SINSYSTR is a creation by friends Johnny Thompson and John Sakkas. Get ready for all kinds of horrors!

Jeremiah Slain was once a respected minister in Yuma, Arizona, until the corrupt mayor deemed him worthy of death. The town faced a siege when their formerly cherished leader forged alliances with demons, otherworldly terrors, and cunning bandits.
